Contract options and fees

We offer flexible fee plans. The objective is to allow a client to tailor service to suit their specific need and budget.

The options include:
* Comprehensive project-based billing
* Defined project-based billing
* Billing by eight-hour engagements
* Billing by the hour

The first option refers to a fee fixed for providing the entire gamut of advisory services, or assisting a client throughout the offshoring initiation process. The advisory fee is a function of deal size: 5% to 15% of the annual value of the U.S-based work involved, with the exact percentage determined by the amount.

The second option -- defined project-based billing -- refers to the option of fixing a fee for a finite number of consulting hours. The fee is a function of: overall value of the offshoring work involved, and the contracted number of hours.

Discount rates are available under the third and fourth billing options, depending simply on total number of billable hours or days.

To provide an idea of actual costs:
* Defined project-based billing contracts have been averaging just under $3,000 for deals involving 25 hours to complete and involving $35,000-$50,000 in U.S.-based costs. Through offshoring, those costs were reduced to an average of $17,200.
* Comprehensive project-based contracts have been averaging just under $12,000 for deals involving $200,000-$300,000 yearly in U.S.-based costs.
* 8-hour consulting sessions are billed at $1,200.
* The hourly billing rate is $200.
